Request for Private Jet Quote

A private jet charter from Toronto starts with a clear trip, not a catalogue price. Tell elle8.com where you need to be, when you need to leave, and who is travelling. We pass that request to aviation suppliers and travel partners who actually operate or broker the aircraft, then come back with options that fit the route. elle8 does not own or fly the jet. The aircraft, crew and operating certificate belong to the supplier that accepts the trip.

What we do run ourselves is the car. Across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area our chauffeurs cover the drive to the fixed-base operator, the hotel, the office and the return. That split matters. The quote form on this page is for the aircraft request. The sedan or SUV is arranged as ground transportation with the same team, so the passenger is not left matching two unrelated bookings on the morning of departure.

What a Toronto private jet charter request includes

Charter a private jet when the airline timetable does not match the meeting, when a group needs to move together, or when the destination has thin commercial service. A usable request names the city pair, the date, a return date if there is one, the passenger count, and anything that changes the aircraft: pets, extra baggage, a stretcher, ski bags, or a requirement to depart before a board meeting. Those details belong in the form below, especially the special instruction box.

Suppliers price a trip from the aircraft category, the hours in the air, positioning if the jet is not already in Toronto, overnight crew costs, landing and handling, and the taxes that apply to that routing. elle8 does not publish a fixed hourly figure on this page, because a light jet to Montreal is a different operation from a heavy jet to London. After you submit the form, the reply is a quote for that itinerary, not a rate card.

If the trip is one way, the return-date field on the form is still required by the page. Enter the outbound date again and write “one way” in special instructions so the supplier does not assume a round trip. If you already have a tail number or a preferred operator, write that down as well. If you do not, leave the choice open and say what matters more: cabin size, nonstop range, or departure time.

How elle8 coordinates the aircraft

The request goes to private aviation suppliers and agency partners who can source a Canadian or foreign-registered aircraft that is legal for the route. elle8 is the coordinator. We collect the trip, confirm the passenger details the operator needs, and stay on the email thread until an option is accepted or declined. We do not issue the flight release, we do not employ the pilots, and we do not pretend a quote is a confirmed departure until the operator says the aircraft is assigned.

That is also why the form asks for nationality, age and sex. Operators and, on international legs, border agencies expect passenger data that matches the travel document. A nickname in the name field slows the quote. Use the name as it appears on the passport. If several people are travelling, list them in special instructions with the same details, or say that a passenger list will follow by email to [email protected].

elle8 coordinates private jet charter quotes with aviation suppliers. elle8 does not operate the aircraft. Ground transportation in Toronto and the GTA is our own chauffeured fleet. Destinations beyond Ontario are arranged with vetted partners.

Airports that actually take jet charter

Most Toronto private jet charter departures use Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). Pearson has the runway length, customs facilities and business-aviation ramps that heavy and long-range aircraft need. Passengers usually board through a fixed-base operator on the airport, not through the main airline terminal. The car should be booked to that FBO address, not to Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, unless the operator tells us otherwise.

Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) is the downtown airport on the island. It is the right choice for many commercial trips and for chauffeur pickups at the waterfront, and our Billy Bishop limo guide covers that drive. It is not the airport to name when you want a private jet. Jet aircraft are not the normal operation there. If the meeting is downtown and the aircraft is a jet, the usual pattern is a Pearson or Hamilton departure plus a car across the city.

John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport (YHM) sits southwest of the GTA and is often easier for passengers starting in Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton or Niagara. Region of Waterloo International Airport (YKF) is the practical field for Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge. Some operators also look at Oshawa for smaller aircraft when the passengers live in Ajax, Whitby or Durham. The supplier, not the form, decides which field can accept the aircraft on that day. Our ground side already covers those cities: see Hamilton limo service, Waterloo airport transfers and Kitchener, Waterloo and London.

Air navigation in Canada is handled by NAV CANADA. Operating rules for commercial and private air operators sit with Transport Canada. You do not file a flight plan on this website. You tell us the trip, and the operator files what the flight requires.

Aircraft categories, without a price list

People searching “charter a private jet” usually need a category, not a brand slogan. A light jet seats a small group and suits short hops such as Toronto to New York, Chicago, Montreal or Ottawa when the runway and weather fit. A midsize jet adds cabin height and range for Toronto to Miami, Dallas or the Caribbean with fewer fuel stops. A super-midsize or large-cabin jet is what flight departments ask for when the group is bigger, the luggage is heavier, or the city pair is Toronto to Vancouver, Calgary, Los Angeles or a transatlantic destination.

Range on a brochure is not the same as range with your passengers, a winter headwind and fuel reserves. A supplier who says a light jet will do Toronto to Los Angeles nonstop is guessing. We ask them to match the aircraft to the city pair and the passenger count you entered as “number of passengers,” then we send you the options that survive that check. If the group is only two people and the destination is Montreal, we will not push a heavy jet just because it looks larger in a photo.

If a turboprop is acceptable on a short Ontario or Quebec hop, say so. If you need a jet, say that too. Pets, golf bags and winter luggage change the aircraft choice, so list them before the operator selects the plane.

Routes we are asked to quote from Toronto

The busiest requests are same-day business trips to New York, Boston, Chicago and Washington, winter trips to Florida or the Caribbean, and Canadian city pairs such as Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary and Vancouver. Europe is a heavy-jet quote and takes longer because of crew duty, slots and overflight permissions.

Cross-border flights need more than a passport in someone’s pocket. Canada Border Services Agency rules apply when the aircraft enters or leaves Canada, and the operator will tell you which fields and arrival times they must report. Write the arrival city, not only the country. “Florida” is not a destination an FBO can accept. Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Tampa and Orlando are different airports with different handling.

A car on the other end is not automatic. elle8 operates its own fleet in Toronto and the GTA, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Markham, Oakville, Milton, Ajax, Whitby and Aurora, and we travel to Kitchener, Waterloo, London and Niagara Falls. A chauffeur in another country is arranged through the vetted partner network, the same way we treat ground travel beyond Ontario. Ask for it in the same request so it is priced with the trip instead of added in a separate panic the day before.

The drive to the FBO

Private jet passengers lose time when the car is sent to the wrong ramp. Pearson’s airline terminals and the business-aviation facilities are not interchangeable. Once an operator names the FBO, we brief the chauffeur with that gate or building, a phone number, and the buffer the crew asked for. Our private jet and FBO transfer guide walks through that pickup. The Toronto Pearson limo guide and the Toronto airport limo service page cover airline terminals when the trip is commercial instead.

Early departures are normal in business aviation. A 6 a.m. wheels-up can mean a 4:30 a.m. pickup in Oakville or a 4 a.m. pickup in Barrie. The early-morning airport limo note applies just as much to an FBO as it does to Terminal 1. Flight tracking still matters: if the inbound aircraft is late, the car should move with the new time. See meet and greet and flight tracking for how we watch a live flight.

Corporate travellers using chauffeured airport transportation in Toronto

The vehicles are the same fleet clients use for corporate roadshows: executive sedans, Cadillac Escalade, GMC Yukon XL, Lincoln Navigator, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, and Mercedes Sprinter vans when the group or the luggage needs more than an SUV. Photos and seating are on the fleet page. A jet with eight passengers and golf bags is a Sprinter conversation, not a sedan conversation.

Corporate flight departments and family trips

Companies that already have a flight department or a preferred broker can still use this form. Put the operator’s name in special instructions and we will coordinate the ground side, or pass the trip through if you want elle8 to request the aircraft as well. Consolidated billing, a single point of contact, and a car that already knows the office address are why executive assistants use corporate car service and corporate airport programs alongside a charter quote. Executive roadshows that hop two or three cities in a week are the trips where the aircraft and the cars have to share one itinerary.

Families, wedding parties and film units use the same form. For a discreet Toronto arrival, see discreet celebrity transportation. Empty-leg seats sometimes appear when an operator is already repositioning an aircraft. They are not a published fare, they can disappear if the original charter changes, and we will not steer a fixed departure time toward one.

What to prepare before you send the form

Have the departure city, destination, dates and a realistic passenger count. Add passport nationality for international trips, and the Toronto pickup address if the car should be quoted too. A waiting aircraft is a different quote from two flights. Catering needs notice and any allergy in writing. Hotels and scheduled airline seats are a separate desk at BookingWorldwide.net. This page requests the jet and, when you ask, the chauffeur.

If a commercial flight already fits, airport transfers or a Sprinter to Pearson may be the better plan. We would rather say so than open an aircraft quote you do not need.

Where the car can start

Pickups cover downtown Toronto through downtown airport limo, plus Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Vaughan, Markham, Ajax, Whitby and the rest of the GTA. Niagara or Buffalo connections should be flagged in the instructions. The Buffalo cross-border limo article is about the drive. A jet into a U.S. field still needs the aviation supplier, and the border car needs extra time.

After you submit the quote

The form posts to elle8. A coordinator reads the city pair, the dates and the passenger count, then contacts suppliers who can cover that trip. You should expect questions if a field is thin. “As soon as possible” is not a departure time. “Somewhere in California” is not an airport. Answer those questions on the same email thread so the quote does not reset.

Nothing is confirmed because the form was sent. Confirmation is an aircraft, a crew and a price from the operator, accepted by you. Ground transportation is confirmed on its own once the FBO and the pickup time are known. Call +1-877-508-3344 if the departure is inside a few hours and email will be too slow. For trips that are still being planned, the form is the better record because the destination, dates and passenger count stay in one place.

More airport reading sits on the elle8 blog, including Hamilton transfers. The full service list is on Services. If you only need the car and you already have the jet booked with another operator, say that in the instructions and we will quote the chauffeur without opening an aircraft search.

Frequently asked questions

Does elle8 fly the private jet?

No. elle8 coordinates the charter request with aviation suppliers and travel partners. The operator provides the aircraft and crew. elle8 provides chauffeured ground transportation in Toronto and the GTA, and arranges partner cars beyond Ontario when you ask.

How do I request a private jet charter quote?

Use the form on this page. Include destination, travel date, return date, passenger count and a note about luggage or pets. You can also call +1-877-508-3344 or email [email protected]. A submitted form is a request, not a confirmed flight.

Why is there no price on this page?

A charter price depends on the aircraft, the city pair, the date, positioning and handling. Publishing one number would describe a different trip from yours. The quote you receive is for the itinerary you sent.

Can I charter a jet from Billy Bishop?

Plan jet departures through Toronto Pearson, or through Hamilton or Waterloo when the operator agrees those fields fit the aircraft. Billy Bishop is a downtown airport we serve by car for trips that actually operate there. It is not the standard private-jet departure point.

Can the same request include the car to the FBO?

Yes. Add the pickup address in special instructions. We will quote the chauffeur with our own fleet in Toronto and the GTA. Cars in other cities or countries are arranged through partners and should be requested at the same time.

What if I only need a one-way flight?

The return-date field is required on the form. Enter the outbound date again and write “one way” in special instructions so the supplier does not quote a round trip by default.

Who do I call if the plan changes after I send the form?

Reply on the email thread or call +1-877-508-3344. Aircraft changes have to be accepted by the operator. Car changes can be updated by elle8 once we know the new FBO time.
