What makes roadshows different
Ordinary corporate travel is point to point. A roadshow is a chain, where every leg depends on the one before it. Lose twenty minutes at the second meeting and the whole afternoon compresses. The chauffeur needs to understand the day as a sequence rather than a series of unrelated bookings.
How we run the day
- One vehicle and one chauffeur for the entire schedule, not a different car at each stop.
- The route planned in advance, with building entrances and drop-off points identified.
- The vehicle waiting nearby between meetings, not dismissed and re-summoned.
- Real-time adjustment when a meeting overruns, which one always does.
The vehicle as a working space
Between meetings the car becomes the office. A quiet cabin, room to open a laptop, stable phone reception and enough space that a conversation can happen without being overheard by the person in the next seat. For a team of three or four moving together, an SUV or Sprinter is usually the right call over separate sedans.

A day that runs from the financial district to North York to Mississauga and back is shaped entirely by when each leg happens.
