Halifax and Quebec City are smaller markets than Toronto or Montreal, and that changes how ground transportation works in both. Supply is thinner, which makes advance arrangement more important rather than less.
How our coverage works

In smaller markets the quality of the local partner is the whole service, which is why we select rather than subcontract to whoever is available.
Halifax

The airport is a genuine drive from downtown, longer than most visitors anticipate, and that should be built into any connecting schedule.
Quebec City
Quebec City is compact, historic and difficult to drive. The streets of Old Quebec are narrow, some are pedestrianised, and larger vehicles cannot reach many addresses inside the walls. A local chauffeur knows which hotel entrances are accessible and where a vehicle can actually stop, which is not obvious from a map.
Language and season
Quebec City operates predominantly in French, and we confirm English-speaking chauffeurs when that is needed. Winter is a major season there rather than an obstacle, with the Carnaval period bringing high demand and cold that affects everything. Book early for February travel.
