Calgary and Edmonton anchor Alberta's business travel, and Toronto clients travelling there are usually working to a tight schedule around energy, finance or conference commitments.
How our coverage works
Our own chauffeured fleet covers Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Alberta is served through our vetted worldwide chauffeur partner network, using licensed local operators we select and coordinate. One booking, one point of contact, and a clear statement of who is driving at each end.
Calgary
- Transfers at Calgary International (YYC).
- Downtown and business district transport for the energy sector.
- Stampede week, when the city is at capacity and vehicles are scarce.
- Onward travel to Banff and Canmore through the mountains.
Stampede in July is the single most difficult period of the year to arrange anything in Calgary at short notice. If your travel falls in that window, book well ahead.
Edmonton
Edmonton International sits a considerable distance south of the city, and the transfer is longer than visitors expect. Government business, the university and the conference calendar drive most of the demand. Winter conditions are severe and genuinely affect journey times for a large part of the year.
The mountain routes
Transfers from Calgary to Banff, Lake Louise and Canmore are a common request. The Trans-Canada Highway through the mountains is straightforward in summer and demanding in winter, with weather that changes quickly. Local operators who drive it regularly are the right answer, and we arrange accordingly.
